Failure of ticket purchaser to redeem tickets and/or complete visit as scheduled, for any reason, is considered a no-show and forfeiture of tickets, whereas services will be considered rendered and received in full. Further, should your scheduled visit be canceled due to facility closure, for any reason, on behalf of Lucky Ladd Farms, then you hereby understand and agree to receive a voucher code to reschedule tickets to visit facility another day during the same operational season in which tickets were purchased.

ANIMAL ENCOUNTER TERMS:
At Lucky Ladd Farms, we give our animals the choice to participate in interactive experiences with guests. Should our Animal Ambassador need a day of rest, we will contact you to reschedule your encounter, as the comfort and safety of our animals is always our top priority.

Capybara experiences are designed for ages 5 and up, while Prairie Dog and Sloth experiences are designed for ages 8 and up. Raccoon experiences are designed for ages 18 and older only. Children and babies under the designated program age, are not permitted in the encounter experience or animal enclosure areas. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years of age. Participants who do not follow encounter instructions provided by staff will be asked to leave and will forfeit their registration fees.

Strollers and bags are not allowed in the encounter experience or animal enclosure areas. A camera or smartphone to take pictures/video is permitted. Raccoon encounters require all jewelry to be removed and pockets emptied.

We cannot guarantee animals will want to be petted or accept treats. Animal interaction is freely the animal's choice.

SCHEDULED ENCOUNTER POLICY:
Encounters are valid for date and time selected at time of purchase. Plan to arrive and check-in with admissions at least 30-minutes prior to your scheduled animal encounter. Be at your designated Encounter Meeting Point at least 10-minutes prior to your scheduled encounter.

ENCOUNTER CHANGE POLICY:
Changes may be made up to 24-hours in advance of your scheduled visit and are subject to $10.00 processing fee per occurrence. No changes, vouchers, or refunds are provided for no-shows and/or date change requests submitted after scheduled visit was to occur. There is no guarantee of availability for date or time changes.

ADMISSION TICKET POLICY:
Admission to the Farm is not included with your Animal Encounter but is required for all guests and must be purchased separately. All guests check in at Admissions to enter the farm based on your selected admission ticket arrival time. Make sure to purchase an admission ticket with an arrival time at least 30-minutes prior to your scheduled animal encounter experience. During check-in you will be provided with instructions on where to meet our staff for your animal encounter.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
You are purchasing tickets for an event held outdoors that will take place rain-or-shine. Depending on the severity of the weather, some animals may need to take shelter for their comfort and safety. In addition, some attractions/rides may need to temporarily close for guest and staff safety. In very rare cases, severe weather may force us to close the Farm. Rain checks will be issued only when the Farm closes for the day. If you would like to change your reservation, then refer to Ticket Change Policy above and follow instructions to make changed to order as provided in confirmation email.

Notifications regarding weather related closings are posted on our information hotline at (615) 274-3786 and Facebook page when closing occurs. Tickets are non-refundable and make-up dates will not be provided should you opt to cancel your visit due inclement weather such as cold or rain.

REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are final - No refunds.

Failure to redeem tickets and/or complete visit as scheduled, for any reason, is considered a no-show and full forfeiture of tickets and services rendered.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Should Lucky Ladd Farms be forced to cancel, for any reason, including weather, then a ticket voucher will be issued to the purchaser which may be used towards a future visit or encounter during the same season.

COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By completing a purchase, I allow Lucky Ladd Farms to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.

On occasion Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Lucky Ladd Farms grants full permission for the use of these images without notification or compensation.

TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

WARNING. Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required. Playground attendants not on duty. Lucky Ladd Farms is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks of using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks.

WARNING. By visiting Lucky Ladd Farms, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to common communicable and zoonotic diseases such as COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, Listeriosis, etc. from both humans and animals. It's important to remember that anyone can become sick from a communicable and/or zoonotic disease, including healthy people. However, some people may be more at risk than others and should take steps to protect themselves or family members. These people are more likely than others to get really sick, and even die, from infection with certain diseases. These groups of people include: children younger than 5, adults older than 65, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.

TENNESSEE EQUINE ACTIVITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.

TENNESSEE BOVINE LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, a bovine owner is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death of a person resulting from the inherent risks of bovine activities, pursuant to Tennessee code Annotated, Title 44, Chapter 21.

By signing below and/or completing this purchase, you, any person in attendance with you, any person participating in this activity, all family, heirs, executors and administrators fully acknowledge receiving advisement of risks and hereby agree to hold harmless and do forever release Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. (dba Lucky Ladd Farms), along with it's directors, owners, staff, volunteers, vendors and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any person in attendance with you; for all current and future liability related to a visit to Lucky Ladd Farms.

Any guest entering Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. premises do hereby agree to terms, conditions, and waivers.
