REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are final. Tickets and activities are non-refundable.

Failure to redeem tickets and/or complete a visit as scheduled, for any reason, is considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeiture of tickets and denial of any claims for credits or refunds. Services will be considered rendered in full.

PICK-A-DAY TICKET POLICY:
Tickets are valid for the exact date and check-in time selected by the customer at time of purchase. Upon opening, tickets can be scanned up to 15 minutes earlier than the time they are scheduled for and up to one hour after the check-in time selected. Admission gates close 1 hour prior to the posted closing time on the day of the scheduled visit. Once inside, guests can stay and play until closing time.

ANY-DAY TICKET POLICY:
Open dated tickets are valid for one single day visit during the facilities normal scheduled days and hours of operation during year in which the open dated tickets were purchased for and cannot be carried forward for use in subsequent years.

SPECIAL EVENT TICKET POLICY:
Tickets purchased for special events are only valid for the date and time selected at the time of purchase. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Cookies & Cocoa with Santa events take place rain-or-shine. They are held inside an enclosed and heated tent, but dressing for cooler temps is still recommended. Plan to arrive on time, as we cannot make-up missed opportunities for late arrivals. Tickets are non-refundable and make-up dates will not be provided should you opt to cancel your visit due inclement weather such as cold or rain.

SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
A valid season pass with current photo must be presented each visit for entry. School field trips, Homeschool Day, educational tours, and some special events are excluded from season passes. Passes are valid for the specified season they were purchased for and cannot be carried forward. Season passes are non-transferable and only valid for the person named on pass. Season passes purchased online are not available for use on the same day. Allow 24-hours for processing.

2026 Season Passes are valid for unlimited visits to Lucky Ladd Farms Fun Park, Petting Farm and Zoo during scheduled hours of operation March 14 through October 31. Dates and availability to visit are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen events necessitating closure.

ANIMAL ENCOUNTER POLICY:
Admission tickets or a season pass to enter the Farm are not included with your encounter ticket, but are required for all guests. Schedule your admission tickets for arrival and check-in at least 30-minutes prior to your reserved animal encounter experience. During check-in at admissions you will be advised where to meet our staff for your encounter.
At Lucky Ladd Farms, we give our animals the choice to participate in interactive experiences with guests. Should our Animal Ambassador need a day of rest, we will contact you to reschedule your encounter, as the comfort and safety of our animals is always our top priority.

Capybara experiences are designed for ages 5 and up, while Prairie Dog and Sloth experiences are designed for ages 8 and up. Lemur/Raccoon feeding experience is designed for ages 12 and up. Children and babies under the designated program age, are not permitted in the encounter experience or animal enclosure areas. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years of age. Participants who do not follow encounter instructions provided by staff will be asked to leave and will forfeit their registration fees.

Strollers and bags are not allowed in the encounter experience or animal enclosure areas. A camera or smartphone to take pictures/video is permitted.

We cannot guarantee animals will want to be petted or accept treats. Animal interaction is freely the animal's choice.

TICKET CHANGE POLICY:
Changes to PICK-A-DAY and ANIMAL ENCOUNTER tickets may be made in advance of your scheduled visit and are subject to a $10.00 processing fee per occurrence. No changes, vouchers, or refunds are provided for no-shows and/or date change requests submitted after scheduled visit was to occur. There is no guarantee of availability for date or time changes, as only the date and time reserved at time of purchase are guaranteed. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
You are purchasing tickets for an outdoor facility that will take place rain-or-shine. Depending on the severity of the weather, some animals may need to take shelter for their comfort and safety. In addition, some attractions/rides may need to temporarily close for guest and staff safety. In very rare cases, severe weather may force us to close the Farm. Rain checks will be issued only when the Farm closes for the day. If you would like to change your reservation, then refer to the Pick-A-Day Ticket Change Policy above and follow instructions, as provided in confirmation email, to make changes.

Notifications regarding weather related closings are posted on our information hotline at (615) 274-3786 and Facebook page when closing occurs. Tickets are non-refundable and make-up dates will not be provided should you opt to cancel your visit due to personal preferences related to inclement weather such as cold or rain.

CLOSURE POLICY:
Should Lucky Ladd Farms be forced to cancel, for any reason, including weather, then a credit voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued to the purchaser, which may be used towards a future purchase of tickets or season pass during the same year. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By completing a purchase, I allow Lucky Ladd Farms to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.

On occasion Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. will photograph or take videos of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Lucky Ladd Farms grants full permission for the use of these images without notification or compensation.

WARNING & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
By entering Lucky Ladd Farms, all visitors voluntarily assume the inherent and potential risks associated with exposure to communicable and zoonotic diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, and Listeriosis. Such diseases may be transmitted through contact with other guests, staff, animals, or surfaces throughout the property.

Exposure to these illnesses can occur regardless of age or health condition. However, certain individuals—including but not limited to young children (under age 5), older adults (over age 65), pregnant individuals, and those with compromised immune systems—may be at increased risk of severe illness, long-term complications, or death.

Furthermore, by interacting with animals at Lucky Ladd Farms, visitors acknowledge the natural and inherent risk of physical injuries, including but not limited to bites, scratches, and other minor or serious bodily harm. While the farm takes reasonable steps to minimize such risks, injuries may still occur. Any incident involving injury that results in a break in the skin must be reported to staff immediately at the time of occurrence.

Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required. Playground attendants not on duty. Lucky Ladd Farms is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks of using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks.

By visiting Lucky Ladd Farms, you expressly accept and assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any minors or dependents in your care.

TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

TENNESSEE EQUINE ACTIVITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.

TENNESSEE BOVINE LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, a bovine owner is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death of a person resulting from the inherent risks of bovine activities, pursuant to Tennessee code Annotated, Title 44, Chapter 21.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability

By completing this purchase and/or entering the premises of Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. (d/b/a Lucky Ladd Farms), you, on behalf of yourself, your guests, any individuals receiving admission, season passes, or gifts from you relating to Lucky Ladd Farms, and all respective family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at Lucky Ladd Farms involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

In consideration of being permitted to visit and participate in any activity at Lucky Ladd Farms, you voluntarily agree to assume all such risks and do hereby fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Ladd Farms Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, representatives, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or related in any way to your visit or participation, including claims based on negligence or the acts or omissions of any of the Released Parties.

This release of liability applies to all current and future claims and is binding upon you and all others listed above. Entry onto the premises constitutes agreement to these terms by all persons in your party, regardless of whether they personally completed the purchase transaction.
